By User driven research we refer to projects where technology is used to solve specific problems or to enable specific functions with a defined use case. Our focus lies on embedding ICT solutions to enable novel ways of operating functions and processes in industry and the public sector. The outset is a defined problem within a business or organisation which can be improved or even made possible with the help of new technical solutions.
